Item Czynniki regionalne wpływające na poziom płac pracowników przemysłu(Wydział Prawa i Administracji UAM, 1972) Rutkowski, TadeuszThe subject of this article is an analysis of selected regional factors ruling the wages of industrial workers. The following spatial factors have been examined: — national income per man in the region, — level of regional urbanization, — value of capital equipment in the industry per man in regional terms, — social productivity of labour of industrial workers in the region, — average educational status of industrial workers in the region. With the help of correlation and regression calculus an analysis of interdependence between the illustrated variable (the average monthly wages in industries) and the set of accepted for examination illustrating variables was made, variables closely interconnected (bound up with one another) were specified and the correlation relationship was changed for the functional relationship. To make the analysis more penetrating the calculation was done with applying a year's and three years' retardation of the illustrated variable. The analysis resulted in the following conclusions: 1) There is a positive, however marginal relation between the average monthly wages in industries and the national income per man in the region and the level of regional urbanistion. 2) The wage level of industrial workers is mostly influenced by capital equipment in industries and the average educational status of industrial workers in the region. 3) There is a negative, however minimal relation between wages in industries and social productivity of labour per man employed in industry. It is founded on the fact that high social productivity of labour in industries in mainly determined by the value of capital equipment of labour in industry.Item Determinanty zróżnicowania pieniężnych dochodów ludności Polski w układzie wojewódzkim w latach 1976-1984(Wydział Prawa i Administracji UAM, 1988) Rutkowski, TadeuszThe article presents spatial differentiation of the level of personal income in Poland and main components of that income, i.e. income from work in a socialized sector and revenues from the sale of agricultural produce. The main purpose was to determine the factors causing territorial differentiation of the said types of income through applying certain statistical and econometric methods (factor analysis and descriptive econometric models). The following determinants of differentiation of personal income were distinguished: — the rate of employment in a socialized sector; — the structure of employees according to age, sectors of State economy, the level of education; — the use of the region's territory for production purposes; — the value of the sold agricultural produce. The statistical and econometric analysis of spatial differentiation of the level of income carried out in the article creates the conditions for analysing the whole process of shaping the income in regional arrangement and allows to point out to the causes of that differentiation, what constitutes the basis for realizing by the State the efficient socio-economic policy with respect to regions.Item Metody taksonometryczne w badaniach regionalnych(Wydział Prawa i Administracji UAM, 1982) Rutkowski, TadeuszIn the article have been taken up theoretical and methodological problems connected with application of taxonomie methods in regional studies. There have been discussed procedure stages in paternless, multidimensional taxonomie methods. In the course of description of particular procedure stages comparisons have been made of such generally applied in hitherto practice taxonomie methods as: Czekanowski method of mean differences, dendritic method, analysis of concentrations. Next there has been proposed certain procedure implementing the following digital computer programmes: factor analysis XDS2/29, nonhierarchic analysis of concentrations ANO6 and nonlinear picture of data structure ANO7. In the next part of the article have been presented results of application of the proposed study procedure for drawing regionalization of Poland into similar regions in respect of spatial distribution of money incomes of population.
