Education is seen as a field of social life, life of nations, churches and countries, which creates in a natural way time consequences, interchangeability and complementarities of roles between perpetrators and victims. No one can feel in it only as a victim and no one can tell about itself that is the cause of something. Each of its subject is partially the perpetrator of something and he or she is the victim of someone or something. There are not only the perpetrators of good or evil, similarly as do not exist only the victims of bad or good, although in the latter case, you would use the term – the beneficiaries of good. The author reveals the processes and mecha-nisms of the centralized management of educational reforms in Poland in political transition, which are the results of changes in the appearance of school, life and personal development of students and their teachers.
