On the groundwork of aggregative understanding of media we described both the root of tensity arising between a man and a medial space and a function of the above-mentioned space in the following categories: 1. consolidating and supplementing, 2. initiating and inspiring, 3. motivating and valuating. On the background of this consideration were analysed semantic relationships of self-creation and self-accomplishment taken up by people in the medial space. In conclusion we indicated an importance of a narrative nature of medial transmission as a factor that initiates and stimulates selfcreative activities of modern people.Item Awans zawodowy w opinii nauczycieli szkół bydgoskich – uwarunkowania pedeutologiczne(Wydawnictwo Naukowe UAM Poznań, 2008) Ostrowski, KazimierzThis article analyses introduced model of teachers’ development. The research was conducted in order to obtain the opinion about: the forms of constant education; the updating of teaching and educational knowledge; the way of perfoming the basic duties and the restrictions connected with it; the forms of work of examination boards in the objectivity of their actions; the usage of pedagogical theories in the process of professional development. The author points out that the professional development is a long-term process. The process that is designed to use pedagogical knowledge in order to improve the quality of teachers’ work and to excel pedagogical supervision. The carried out research shows us how important is the development of teachers’ competence. The structure and forming factors are presented. It turns out that this structure is inconsistent: while there dominates only positive emotional attitude towards the orientation TO BE, it does not have its equivalent in the other structural components: the cognitive and active components. The hesitating orientations are the most popular. It is extremely useful for educational purposes, especially in multimedia, interactive programs and simulations. CD educational software develops in a few directions. The most popular kind of programs is the multimedia encyclopaedia, where the student searches through articles on a wide variety of subjects. He explores knowledge making use of text, movies, narrated animations and sound samples. There are others too. The article describes different kinds of CD-ROM software and its educational implications. It presents its most powerful features and gives a number of examples of CD software available on the Polish market. „Microsoft Bookshelf for Windows", „The New Grolier Multimedia Encyclopedia" and the „Knowledge Adventure" series are discussed among others. From the point of view of higher-education didactics, the application of the media will significantly effect in raising activeness, self-dependence and psychical efficiency of the learner. Effective communication between people is the basis for any teaching processes. The author, however, limits himself in the article to the analysis of four labor-groups: lawyers, educators, medical doctors and psychologists. As the research provided in Humbolt University in Berlin shows, introducing TV recordings of real communicative processes effected largely in the rise of the level and results in university - and post diploma studies.
