Dynamic Approach to Costs Development in Socialistic Trade
Abstract
The work attempts at throwing some light on theoretical principles which shape the mechanism of economic causalities of costs in socialistic trade and on survey of methods of their statistical identification. These problems are considered from microeconomic point of view on the scale of trade enterprise. The studies are closely linked to the process of reproduction, with regard to the full preservation of economic laws functioning in the socialistic planned economy. First of all, the problem concerning economic causality of trade costs dynamism has been considered. These costs are treated as the function of both the range of trade enterprise activity. Discussing algorithms of different means of analysis, much attention has been paid to the question of correct conditions and methods which are used to the costs determination. Finally, the author stresses practical aspects of the information concerning the dynamism of trade costs. This information coulld be useful in economic analysis of trade enterprise and in making correct decisions in the field of trade policy.
