User Needs Survey for Poznań University Library. (Part Two)
Abstract
Przeprowadzone w latach 2005/2006 badania, których wyniki prezentujemy, dotyczą grupy studentów V roku studiów i uzupełniają badania z roku 2002 . Interesująca wydawała się odpowiedź na pytanie czy magistranci inaczej niż studenci wcześniejszych lat studiów postrzegają bibliotekę i jej ofertę, i czego tak naprawdę od niej oczekują.Tak postawione pytanie pociągnęło za sobą chęć rozwinięcia tych badań dalej, tj. na liczną w naszym Uniwersytecie grupę słuchaczy studiów doktoranckich ( ok.1.200 osób).
The article presents the results of the user needs survey conducted at Poznań University Library in the academic year 2005. The obtained data were processed using Libra Priority Search software. The investigation led to an appraisal of client satisfaction as regards the services offered by the multiple offices of the Library and encompassing both traditional services in reading rooms and at the circulation department and electronic services prvided by the Library on its web-site, such catalogue inquiries, access to subscribed electronic publications or databases. The articles presents the second part of research conducted within phd students groups.
