Przedmiotem pracy jest opisanie postaw studentów w Polsce i we Francji wobec zdrowia seksualnego (komponentu emocjonalnego, poznawczego i behawioralnego) oraz opisanie ich aktywności seksualnej. Praca realizuje również cele diagnostyczne i wyjaśniające dotyczące wybranych uwarunkowań aktywności seksualnej studentów w Polsce i we Francji. Na potrzeby badań zastosowano dwa narzędzia badawcze. Pierwszym narzędziem jest kwestionariusz do badania postaw wobec zdrowia seksualnego i wybranych zmiennych socjo-demograficznych. Drugim narzędziem badawczym jest kwestionariusz do badania aktywności seksualnej. Rozważania teoretyczne rozprawy mają na celu uwypuklenie pojęcia zdrowie seksualne, które rozumieniu WHO stanowi integrację biologicznych, emocjonalnych, intelektualnych i społecznych aspektów seksualności ważnych dla pozytywnego rozwoju osobowości, komunikacji i miłości (WHO, 2001, s.7). The theoretical part of this dissertation is concentrates on the concept of sexual health, sexual health attitudes, sexual activity. The central aim of this study was to identify sexual health attitudes (cognitive, effective, behavioral component) and sexual activity of Polish and French students. This study investigated the specific determinants of sexual students behaviour in Poland and France. The applied method was self-administrated questionnaire to evaluate sexual health attitudes and sexual activity. Participants were students at the Pierre Mendès France University of Grenoble and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Statistical software (SPSS ver. 14) was used for data analysis.
