This study is an integrated perspective of school principal's experience regarding the construction stage, the instructional leadership and the career stage. Focusing on principal's perceptions, needs and practices. Participants are principals, graduates of new training program in Israel. Findings constructed from unstructured in-depth interviews, the semi-structured interviews, and Email- texts. Interpretative observation drew the ROLE model of an adaptive presence in four dimensions: the ecosystem of leading, management and leadership, learning of teachers and principals. Findings show :1. a structured dissonance of contradictory requirements from principals, with high emotional and physical alertness over time. 2. structured gap between the rhetoric and practice between the conceptual perceptions and practical expressions of principals. 3. a basic reactive staff learning encounter. The vast majority of principals did not present a clear and professional conception of learning-oriented improvement. 4. all the principals expressed the need to make their leadership more decentralized. Most of the principals indicated the difficulty with implementing formal learning outside of the school. this learning was absent of professional reflectiveness in the perspective of time and place, lacks the resonance of peers or professionals.
Badanie to zapewnia zintegrowane spojrzenie na doświadczenie dyrektora szkoły na etapach budowy, przywództwa szkoleniowego i fazach kariery. Koncentrując się na spostrzeżeniach, potrzebach i praktykach dyrektora szkoły. Uczestnicy badań, absolwenci nowego programu szkoleniowego w Izraelu. Wyniki oparte na nieustrukturyzowanych, pogłębionych wywiadach, częściowo ustrukturyzowanych wywiadach i tekstach e-mailowych. Interpretacyjna obserwacja nakreśliła model ROLE adaptacyjnej obecności w czterech wymiarach: zarządzanie ekosystemem, zarządzanie i przywództwo, uczenie się między nauczycielami i dyrektorami. Wyniki pokazują: 1. Wbudowany dysonans sprzecznych żądań dyrektorów szkół, z dużą czujnością emocjonalną i fizyczną w czasie. 2. Wbudowana przepaść między retoryką a praktyką między postrzeganiem pojęciowym a praktycznymi wyrażeniami menedżerów. 3. Spotkanie w celu przeszkolenia reaktywnego personelu podstawowego. Zdecydowana większość dyrektorów nie przedstawiła jasnego i profesjonalnego podejścia do doskonalenia ukierunkowanego na naukę. 4. Wszyscy dyrektorzy wyrazili potrzebę bardziej zdecentralizowanego przywództwa. Większość dyrektorów wskazała na trudności we wdrażaniu formalnego uczenia się poza szkołą. W tej wiedzy brakuje profesjonalnej refleksyjności w perspektywie czasu i miejsca, bez rezonansu kolegów czy fachowców.
