Następnie przedstawiono przykłady i konstrukcje układów D*-optymalnych.

<dim:field mdschema="dc" element="description" qualifier="abstract" lang="pl_PL">The work presents the results of the D-optimal chemical balance weighing designs with three forms of the covariance matrix of random errors, which in general are different from the identity matrix. In the case of diagonal covariance matrix of errors, the upper bound of the determinant of information matrix of estimators of the parameters in model of weighing design with matrices, whose rows contain at most q non-zero elements, is proved. Weighing designs, which satisfy equality in given inequality, are D-optimal and they are called D*-optimal. Further, the necessary and sufficient condition under which the design is D*-optimal is given. Next, some examples and constructions of D*-optimal designs are presented. Furthermore, D-optimality of some designs is shown in cases, where D*-optimal designs do not exist. When the covariance matrix of errors is completely symmetric, similar results as described above are proved in the class of designs, whose matrices have the columns containing at most d non-zero elements. In the case of covariance matrix of the AR(1) process, D-optimality of constructed weighing designs and biased weighing designs for three objects is proved. The necessary and sufficient conditions under which the design for three objects is D-optimal are also shown.</dim:field>
