W ramach drugiego z układów wyróżniam trzy „instytucje śmiechu”: błazna, karnawał i kabaret. W kontekście tradycji uwzględniona została kwestia „przemiany” śmiechu po holokauście.
Dissertation presents laugh as a social phenomenon in speaker’s and audience’s sense. It focus on world view, which is connected with laugh as a form of communication. It looks for the answer to the question what get people a laugh for cultural point of view. That’s why one on the most important term in work is “world view”, which is understanding as the world value inspection. I represent cultural relativism. For my point of view laugh as a special human reaction and as one of the kind of communication is involving with specifically cultural situation and with a historical system of values. I define laugh as intellectual form of human reaction and as a kind of change from bona-fide communication to non-bona-fide communication. I assume that the reason of this change is cultural norm’s incongruation (disruption). I assume that every human being has three kind of frame of reference: (1) other human being, (2) the social system, (3) the tradition (human history en globe). According to this frame of reference I study three kind of communication with laugh/laughter. In second frame I point out three humour’s institution in social system: jester, carnival and cabaret. I write also about special moment in tradition which was holocaust and change of value after The Second World War. I refer to Adorno’s categorical imperative to show how change a laugh after Auschwitz.</mods:abstract>
