The author underlines that the character of this reaction depends on the sources and the course of forming the funds of self-financing. Here he considers to what degree the appearance of the stimulant function of self-financing is possible at present. Next the author considers the role of credit in the process of self-financing investments. Next he points to the anticipated range, subject and structure of the sources of self-financing in the reformed system of financing investments.
