That fact, however, does not exclude periodical shortcomings in different world regions. The world wheat reserves also show a growing tendency — what in turn has its effect on prices on the world market. The author dwells next on efforts to bring some order in the world wheat market. He puts forward an opinion that something must change in the world demographic picture.
