The alternative model is based on the following assumptions: 1) economic geography ought to serve in controlling and transforming socioeconomic reality in the geographic space, 2) economic geography model should be a form of expressing theory, 3) the theory of economic geography should be operatively involved in the problems of controlling and transforming reality, 4) the theory and the model of economic geography should be based on the spatial and environmental behaviours of the socio-economic subjects, 5) spatial and environmental behaviours of the socio-economic subjects should be worked out from the system of values and spatial objectives. The accepted assumptions determine the form of the alternative model. The author derived this form from the synthesis of the three scientific conceptions: system analysis, theory of optimal control and idealizing theory of science. The main parts of the model are: principles of dynamic spatial organization, principles of transformation of spatial systems and the principal theorem linking spatial organization and transformation with spatial objectives.polinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAlternatywny model geografii ekonomicznejAlternative Model of Economic GeographyArtykuł
