The frame of reference for the resolution of the problem is the concept of culture (and epistemology based on it) developed by J. Kmita from the Poznań University. The results of the investigation are as follows: 1. There are at least seven meanings of the term “risk” denoting different objects, which are logically incomparable; 2.
