Krytycznie oceniono szeroki katalog przetwarzanych informacji i ograniczenie prawa dostępu osoby figurującej w ewidencji do danych na jej temat. Przedstawiono wnioski dotyczące okresu przetwarzania danych w rejestrze, usuwania z niego informacji w związku z zatarciem ukarania i przyznania dostępu osobie pokrzywdzonej do danych na swój temat i danych sprawcy wykroczenia.The article discusses the common database systems for registration of misdemeanours, with particular focus on the register of misdemeanours against property. Both the catalogue with processed information, as well as the limitation of the right to access to the information by the person listed therein, raised serious concerns.
