Po krótkim wprowadzeniu dokonana została analiza programów następujących partii: Socjaldemokratycznej Partii Niemiec (SPD), Sojuszu ‘90/Zieloni, Wolnej Partii Demokratycznej (FDP), wspólnego programu Unii Chrześcijańsko-Demokratycznej (CDU) i Unii Chrześcijańsko-Społecznej (CSU), Alternatywy dla Niemiec (AfD), Lewicy i Sojuszu Sahry Wagenknecht (BSW). Szczególną uwagę poświęcono takim elementom programowym, jak ocena zmieniającego się układu sił politycznych na świecie, stosunek do polityki Rosji w kontekście inwazji na Ukrainę, stosunek do polityki Chińskiej Republiki Ludowej, sojusz transatlantycki czy koncepcje zmian odnośnie do trybu podejmowania decyzji w ramach WPZiB. Ponadto uwzględniono problematykę imigracji do UE – ta tematyka w sensie traktatowym wprawdzie mieści się w ramach Przestrzeni Wolności, Bezpieczeństwa i Sprawiedliwości, jednak przez liczne siły polityczne traktowana jest jako problem mający swe źródła w zewnętrznym otoczeniu UE i jeden z kluczowych czynników wpływających na bezpieczeństwo UE. W refleksjach końcowych zamieszczone zostały w formie tabelarycznej wyniki wyborów do PE na obszarze Niemiec oraz dokonane zostało podsumowanie i porównanie poddanych analizie programów poszczególnych formacji politycznych. The aim of the article is to describe selected aspects of the Common Foreign and Security Policy of the European Union in the programs of the main German political parties before the elections to the European Parliament. After a short introduction, the programs of the following parties were analyzed: SPD, Alliance ‘90/The Greens, FDP, the joint program of the CDU and CSU, AfD, the Left and the Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance. Particular attention was paid in the study to such program elements as the assessment of the changing of international balance of power, the attitude towards Russia’s policy in the context of the invasion of Ukraine, the attitude towards the policy of the People’s Republic of China, the transatlantic alliance and the concepts of changes regarding the decision-making procedure under the CFSP. In addition, the issue of immigration to the EU was taken into account - although this topic in the treaties falls within the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice, many political forces treat it as a problem originating in the external environment of the EU and as one of the key factors affecting EU security.
