As a mark of a category of volatility and dynamism, it is very difficult to be clearly defined. The findings of the definition of orientation in general are not without significance for decisions concerning professional orientation, also of ambiguous nature. An intense interest in the analyzed discourse is caused by intensified socio-economic changes impacting the labor market and, consequently, the condition of a person participating in it.
