A voivodeship has been accepted as a basic spatial unit. All 49 administrative units have been described with the aid of 15 features by which both size and subject structure of existing tourist hostels are characterized. One of still less popular methods of multi-dimensional statistical analysis was used for examining degree of spatial differentiation of the resources. It was non-hierarchical concentration analysis. Considering high complexity of the problem the research has been carried out in four sections, complementary to one another and simultaneously independent ones. Number of places in particular kinds of tourist hostels in relation to the number of population, size of place, size of the area with touristic value and number of tourist spots were then subjected to the analysis. As a consequence four results of grouping have been obtained. A comprehensive analysis of these results permitted to formulate final conclusions.polinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessZróżnicowanie przestrzenne zasobów turystycznej bazy noclegowejSpatial Differentiation of Tourist HostelsArtykuł
