Artykuł analizuje wkład niemieckiej współpracy rozwojowej w przezwyciężanie sytuacji patowej spowodowanej masowym napływem imigrantów do Europy. Niemieckie zaangażowanie koncentruje się przede wszystkim na zwalczaniu strukturalnych przyczyn uchodźctwa, wsparciu uchodźców i stabilizacji regionów przyjmujących. Ukazane zostały m.in. założenia inicjatywy Federalnego Ministerstwa Współpracy Gospodarczej i Rozwoju (BMZ) Zwalczanie przyczyn uchodźctwa reintegracja uchodźców oraz jej realizacja.The refugee crisis has become one of the most important topics on the EU’s and also Germany’s domestic political agenda. This paper analyses the contribution of the German development policy to deal with the growing influxof refugees from war zones and crisis areas into Europe. It deals with the question of the role of the development policy to forestall displacement. The German activities address three areas of intervention: tackling the root causes of displacement, supporting of refugees and stabilising host regions.
