Analyzing the above issue, the author assumes that new technological problems, as well as informational, communication, aesthetic, social, and others, which we are presently facing, and which existed before, however, in a different form and scale, and at different times. In the past the film was discovering its own creative potentialities, which made it different from other form of arts.
