The social process of information production can be accomplished by scientific or pseudo-scientific methods. An important role is played by not only quantity but also quality of information influencing the social activity. The quality of information decreases when in the social process of information exchange will occur the pseudoinformations or disinformations. In connection with it's necessary to verify very carefully all scientific findings while using them to social planning.
