This discourse requires the inclusion of multicontextual changes of the neo-liberal world, which make leaders face new requirements. The most important of these are: an increasing role of leadership, management for leadership, transformational leadership, styles of management and the ability to manage changes, and finally planning, managing and monitoring careers of organization workers. A subjective overlap of leadership and management constructs will be clearly stressed in the text.
