Employment of simplified versions of that metod results in inexactness. The questions that should be asked is of what order is the inexactness and if it does not undermine the sense of employing a simplified version of the method. The problem discussed in this article is the one of inaccuracy arising when no allowance is made for the feedbacks in the input — output table for one region and when the national input -output coefficients are applied to make regional tables. Next the author points to the limitations of the method under the assumption of linear and homogenous function. The last part of the article is devoted to a new field of employing the input — output method, namely to doing research with help of the economy: natural environment relation.polinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessOgraniczenia i rozszerzenie zastosowań metody nakładów-wyników w badaniach regionalnychLimitations and Extension of the Input-Output Method Applied for Regional ResearchArtykuł
