The basis of the test is a corpus of 250 grave inscriptions arising in the period 1770-2003 from Copenhagen cemetery Assistens Kirkegård. The first part of the paper bases on the seven criteria of textuality: cohesion, coherence, intentionality, acceptability, informativity, situationality, and intertextuality.
