The article is composed of four parts. Part I contains the presentation of a distance between Poland and the European Communities with respect to trade relations. Part II is devoted to the issues of common trade and agricultural policy of the European Communities. Part III discusses the schedule of liberalization of trade between the parties according to the Provisions of the Treaty.
