Artykuł analizuje konflikt rosyjsko-ukraiński w perspektywie działań podejmowanych przez państwa zachodnie, interpretując rosyjski szantaż użycia siły wobec Ukrainy jako element presji na międzynarodowe środowisko bezpieczeństwa i instrument osiągania rosyjskich celów strategicznych w polityce zagranicznej.The aim of the article is to analyse the Russian-Ukrainian conflict in the context of the international security environment. It discusses the evolution of Russian-Ukrainian relations from the collapse of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics to the current threats of open war by the Russian Federation.
