They represent type II: 1 in M. Babes’s typology. Originating in Jutland, they correspond with stylistic features of pottery recognised at the site and are dated to the beginning of the Pre-Roman Iron Age. Given a very small number of such artefacts known from Poland, the discovery of firedogs in Grabkowo throws new light on the spread of such forms in Central EuropeplArtykuł
