A sense of well-being and optimism in life are inseparable elements associated with each person’s life, even though they assume different values depending on the circumstances and psychological predisposition. A high sense of well-being has a positive impact on professional work, relationships with others, and overall health. Well-being is clearly related to optimism, which is an important personal resource directly affecting health, well-being and success in life.
