Comparing changes accoplished in particular of the law the Author comes do conclusion that they are not satisfactory enough. The changes are mostly fragmentary and are of repressive character. On the other hand one must approve the amendment of the articles 8 and 64 par. 1 of the old law as well as the introducing of new disposition which allows to stay the proceedings when a juvenile hides or it is impossible to detain him.polinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessArtykuł
