The problem is, how to find the factors and borders of regions and how to use both, factors and regions, for the natal policy. For the research purpose Poland's territory has been divided in to urban and rural areas. The families, however, have been classified into five groups according to the family development cycles. Using centroidal method (L. L. Thurstone's method) the Author found marital fertility factors for each group of families. The factors are as follows: age at marriage, number of children in the families where husband and wife come from, education level at marriage and the size of flat at the end of the first year of marriage duration. At last using taxonometric method the Author delimited regions according to the factors. In the study the demographic policy maker may find answers on many questions, i.a. which are the regions created by the factors, what set of factors influence the marital fertility of given development cycle and how those factors are stratified.polinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessDelimimitacja regionów według czynników płodności małżeńskiej w PolsceDelimitation of regions according to the factors of marital, fertility for the demographic policy in PolandArtykuł
