The sense of anonymity, one of forums’ attributes, tends to bring up delicate and socially unacceptable subjects. One of them is the problem of smoking during pregnancy. The authors of this article attempt a qualitative analysis of posts by smoking pregnant women in the context of three types of social support: emotional, informational and instrumental.
