He divides them into two basic parts: 1) free competition policy, 2) intervention policy. Within each of the basic groups there is a further classification made from the point of view of the aims which are to be reached. The author comes to the conclusion that the theoretical inconsistency between the liberal and the intervention conceptions of integration is successfully overcome in the EEC activity.
