According to Gide economy should be treated from the point of the consumer. The consumer gives existence to any sort of production. Because the consumer represents concerns and intereses of all people, association based on the criterion of consumption will become common, and socio-economic structure will be democratic. The cooperative structure is to be carried out in three stages; in the first one the consumers should take control over trade, in the second phase — industry and in the thrird one — agriculture. A basic goal of the cooperative movement is an attempt to abolish capitalism and to realize the federation structure in a peaceful way. A possibility of the realization of the total economic life in the form of the cooperative of the consumers is unrealistic.polinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessK.
