He points out that adequate forms of organization of labour play an important role in the era of scientific and technological revolution. Therefore not unlimited division of labour but linking the functions of labour and professions under conditions of mechanization and automatization foster growth of productivity of labour best. Another element favourable to growth of productivity of labour is organization of work—stands and system of their operating.
