This document constitutes a turning-point in the regulation of the principles of exercising a right which belongs to the most important human rights. The enforcement of the directive is expected to eliminate most of the legal doubts that have existed so far, and to standardise the manner of application of the rules in force regarding the freedom of movement of people and the right of residence in the European Union member states.plArtykuł
