Porównuje zarówno struktury językowe umów węgierskich i polskich, jak i ich odniesienia prawne. Wskazuje na takie jednostki, jak mikro-, makro- i mezopoziom tekstu. Teorie dotyczące budowy tekstu łączy z teorią tłumaczenia.Abstract (Text Studies in Translation of Polish and Hungarian Legal Texts on the Example of Purchase Contracts). In this paper the author discusses text studies related issues which are relevant for the translator of legal texts. In the context of these studies, she analyzes Polish and Hungarian texts of purchase contracts. The author touches upon issues connected with the relationships and dependencies between texts, analyzing the internal structure of contract texts. She compares both the language structures of Hungarian and Polish contracts and their legal reference.
