Abstract

Nowadays in the process of economic growth the greatest importance has the improvement of productive capital quality and the human work quality. In economy theory the middle age of productive capital is generally considered to be the measure of capital quality. The advantageous influence of reduction in productive capital age on the increase in production results from the fact that the younger — in physical sense — capital is more effective and gives greater effects by smaller costs of production; moreover it can secure greater advantages as well, being able to embody the higher scientific-technical level. The newer capital used in modern technology, the greater its influence on the increase in production.
