Item Badania nad przestrzennym zróżnicowaniem poziomu produkcyjnego rolnictwa na przykładzie województwa leszczyńskiego(Wydział Prawa i Administracji UAM, 1986) Matulewicz, KlemensThe aim of the article is to illustrate the territorial differentiation of farming production in the Leszczyński voivodship, with the help of synthetic indicators and an analysis of the main concepts. An analysis of the empirical data has shown that despite certain differences in the level of production pointed out by the synthetic indicator, farming in the Leszczyński voivodship is distributed rather equally in terms of territory. Changes in farm production levels in the years 1976 - 1981 were rather evenly spaced out in the different counties. On the basis of an analysis of the main components it has been contended that the most important components differentiating farm production levels in the Leszczyński voivodship were made up of the following features: the selling of pork, harvests, the number of swine bred, the selling of beef — so for 1981. In 1976 the features were as follows: the selling of beef, the number of cattle bred, harvests. In the course of the analysis it has been observed that the results of the studies on the territorial differentiation of farm production levels in the Leszczyński voivodship through the synthetic indicator method and an analysis of the main components are more or less convergent. The method of main components, though, enables a more precise presentation of the differentiation of the phenomenon in different territory.Item Kształtowanie się efektywności i struktury nakładów w rolnictwie polskim w latach 1960 - 1981(Wydział Prawa i Administracji UAM, 1983) Matulewicz, KlemensThe resulto of a study on trends in effectiveness and total inputs in the Polish agriculture of 1960 - 1981 are presented in the article. It could be established on the grounds of the investigations that there was a systematic increase in total inputs observed in the Polish conditions of the forementioned period. A rate of growth in total inputs was much higher in in the small-scale sector of agriculture than in the State agriculture enterprises. As a result of that process a gap between the indices characterizing effectiveness of total inputs in the small-scale sector and the State agricultural enterprises was continuing to widen in favor the nationalized agriculture. Substantial changes of the structure of total inputs could also be observed in the period under examination. There was a decrease in exipenditure of direct labor and rise of capital expenditures. In material expenditures, there was a reduction in a portion of expenditures originating from a production of own make and increase in a portion of external expenditures agricultural and mon- agricultural. The gain in the latter portion could be particularly observed in the State agricultural farms. The external inputs amounted, at the end of examined period, to over 2/3 of total sum of material expenditures incurred by the State agricultural enteeprises, while they accounted for 40% of the expenditures im the small-scale sector of agriculture.Item Przemiany w spożyciu żywności jako czynnik pionowego integrowania gospodarki żywnościowej(Wydział Prawa i Administracji UAM, 1979) Matulewicz, KlemensIt is assumed in the article that food economy is composed of: agriculture, food industry, turnover of agricultural products and foodstuffs, production of means of production for needs of agriculture and food industry. On the other hand, by the notion of vertical integration all the activity is understood that aims at co-ordination of actions between producing subjects in particular phases of food production. Changes in consumption of foodstuffs belong to factors influencing processes of integration of food economy. The changes find their expression in reduction of direct share of agriculture in satisfying food needs of the society. This process is confirmed by increase of elasticity coefficient of foodstuffs supply towards net agricultural produce as well as diminishing relation between net final production and value of foodstuffs consumption. Economic development and increase in incomes are connected with growing demand for foodstuffs highly processed. It means that responsibility for satisfaction of society's consumtion needss shifted to food industry in still larger extent. Observed changes in food consumption oblige to more comprehensive integration of participants of the food production process.
