Item Funkcje handlu - spojrzenie porównawcze(Wydział Prawa i Administracji UAM, 1992) Pilarczyk, Bogna; Sławińska, MariaThe subject matter of the article is a comparative analysis of selected approaches to the nature and functions of trade, published in Polish and German literature over the last decades. The basis for distinguishing those functions are the existing objective discrepancies between demand and supply or between the "types of activity" resulting from the position taken by trade between the production and consumption spheres. A point of reference for the analysis is the theory of trade, formulated in the Poznań circle by Professor Zb. Zakrzewski. Comparing various approaches to the functions of trade, the author distinguishes three groups of such functions: functions connected with commodity, functions connected with showing discrepancies in time and space and the remaining functions.Item Kształtowanie sieci usługowej w nowym osiedlu mieszkaniowym(Wydział Prawa i Administracji UAM, 1986) Pilarczyk, BognaThe following were considered as the essential elements for programming a chain of services in a new housing estate: the spatial structure of the neighbourhood, housing construction, communication structure, population, effective demand of it and the economic effectiveness of that chain in particular. The influence of those factors for the dimensions, structure and lay-out of the chain of services is rather varied, the factor interrelations can basically bar any attempts at calculating the level of their weight. Housing resources are closely related to the number of people awaiting for their apartments, the latter value represents given needs (at fixed incomes and prices) to be fulfilled by the chain of stores, craft workshops and catering units. There is also a relation observed between demand for locally performed services exhibited by the neighbourhood population and the real transportation accessibility, which can be measured by the existence of pedestrian walks within the housing estate area, and of the external relations of the neighbourhood with other estates and the city's downtown. It can be inferred from the discussion that the economic effectiveness must be accounted for in the programing a chain of services. Knowledge of the said factors forming the chain facilitates is solving problems of general and specific location in that area. The attention is focused on the proposals to balance the demand for the chain of services with the possibilities of satisfying it as well as on the selection of methods of a correct lay-out of service objects in the area.Item Ogólne warunki podejmowania decyzji rynkowych(Wydział Prawa i Administracji UAM, 1980) Pilarczyk, Bogna; Sławińska, MariaIn the article foundations of market decisions taking have been presented in the sphere of consumers goods production and in the sphere of connections between trade and industry. It results from the analysis that solutions in the system of economy functioning are of basic importance for shaping market decisions. Industry and trade organization as well as planning and management systems in these spheres of economy are a requisite of scope of decisive independence of industrial and trade enterprises. It issues from the research that the independence is substantially limited as a result of creating big organizational units in trade and industry. It is limited also by direct, non-parametrical system of management in theses enterprises. The lack of harmonazation of production projects with material supply and with market requirements is also observed. The necessity of increased decisive independency of economic units has been pointed out in the article.
