Item Czynniki kształtujące produktywność ziemi w gospodarstwach indywidualnych o różnych kierunkach produkcji(Wydział Prawa i Administracji UAM, 1987) Pietraszewski, Aleksander; Wysocki, FeliksIn the article the authors perform the analysis of the influence of the area of farms, natural conditions, personal traits of farmers-heads of farms and the equipment with turnover means and durable goods on the productivity of land in private farms specializing in breeding cattle, sheep, hogs, in growing plants and in private farms with diversified production. The analysis was based on the questionnaire materials collected in 1982 and concerning 1892 private farms from the whole territory of Poland chosen by the random method. In the study the method of stepwise linear and parabolical regression was applied, with the value of net final production in thousands of zloties per one hectar of farming land as the dependent variable. The study indicates that specialization of production conditioned to a considerable degree the intensity and the direction of influence of the analysed factors on the productivity of land.Item Efektywność gospodarstw indywidualnych według skali produkcji i produktywności ziemi(Wydział Prawa i Administracji UAM, 1988) Wysocki, Feliks; Gołaś, ZbigniewThe article contains the analysis of the efficiency of private farms according to the scale of production and the productivity of land. The research comprised farms specializing in cattle- and hog-breeding. The farms were divider into 4 classes with respect to the scale of final production brutto: to 250, 250-500, 500- - 1000, 1000 - 2000 thousand zloties per farm and within each class into 3 levels of land productivity: the value 0-50, 50-100, 100-200 thousand zloties of final production brutto per 1 ha of arable land. The research reveals that the productivity of farms grows together with the increase of scale; improved were in the first place the economic results, especially in farms with high level of land productivity. Satisfactory results with respect to efficiency and income achieved farms with the scale of production of 500 thousand zloties and more. In cases of high productivity of land it was possible already in farms with as little as 6 ha of arable land. However, since most of the farms were characterized by a medium level of land productivity, the area enabling to achieve satisfactory economic and financial efficiency should be equal to 10 ha of arable land. The results point out to the necessity of quickening the processes of concentration in private farming, first of all through rationalizing the land turnover, increasing the supplies of technical means of production to agriculture and through a more flexible policy of shaping sale prices of farm produce and means of production.Item Intensywność organizacji produkcji a produktywność ziemi i pracy w rolniczych spółdzielniach produkcyjnych w Polsce(Wydział Prawa i Administracji UAM, 1989) Gołaś, Zbigniew; Wysocki, FeliksThe article presents diversifications in intensity of organization of production in the cooperative sector of Polish agriculture and connections between the level of organization and productive force resources on one hand and the efficiency of economy on the other. The research carried out on the basis of 1987 data indicates that the organization of production in agricultural cooperatives is low, mostly in consequence of insufficient density of livestock. Besides, there exists a relation between the level of intensity of organization on one hand and natural conditions together with the resources of production factors on the other. The analysis of regression showed that a main role in shaping the efficiency of agricultural production in a cooperative, measured by productivity of land labour, is played by the intensity of production expressed in terms of material outlay value. To a lesser degree productivity was influenced by natural conditions and the level of employment. Besides, the intensity of organization is to a considerable extent shaped by price relations between agricultural produce and means of production. In consequence, it leads to giving up the agricultural production in favour of undertaking more profitable activity in non-agricultural sectors.Item Próba określenia systemów rolniczego użytkowania ziemi oraz poziomu ich intensywności w Polsce(Digitalizacja i deponowanie archiwalnych zeszytów RPEiS sfinansowane przez MNiSW w ramach realizacji umowy nr 541/P-DUN/2016, 1990) Wysocki, FeliksThe article undertakes an attempt to determine the systems of agricultural exploitation of land for groups of provinces distinguished on the basis of similarity of structures of agricultural exploitation of land. The 1987 data on exploitation of farmland and the area of crops in particular provinces have been utilized. The research procedure consisted, in the first stage, in grouping the provinces according to the criterion of land exploitation structure and, in the second stage, according to the criterion of types of crops prevailing in a given structure. The findings allowed to ascribe names to different systems of land exploitation. The analysis resulted in distinguishing 19 groups of provinces similar from the point of view of land exploitation structure and 18 different types of systems. The above classifications were the basis for characterizing the systems and their intensity on the background of production conditions.
