Abstract

This paper discusses integrity of Three Seas Initiative on the background of geopolitacal rupture and the changes of American foreign policy’s rules. According to the author, the liberatarian aproach to protection represented by Trump’s admnistration may force particular states of East-Cetnral Europe for seeking others patrons quearanteering them international safety: UE, China, and even Russia. In the results, these changes of international order will delay further integrity of the region
