| dc.description.abstract | The Author deals with the experience gained during the introducing of the new principles of management in the Polish machinery industry, in 1973 -1976. He has also used the recent results' of studies in this matter conducted at the Institute of Socio -Economic Studies in the Central School for Planning and Statistics in Warsaw as well as at the Institute for Management in Machinery Industry.
