Abstract
The article comments on some aspects of the role of the labour law in overcoming
the alienation of labour. The process of eliminating the said alienation is
determined by many factors, among which the labour law plays a significant role.
The areas of the labour law which might be mentioned in this connection are
provisions on safety and hygiene of working conditions, on working time, on remuneration
for work, on social benefits, etc. Generally speaking, the problems indicated
in the title offer resourceful and promising research prospects.
