| dc.description.abstract | Dokonanie identyfikacji i analizy celów nadzoru bankowego nie jest zadaniem prostym. Mimo że podstawowe (bezpośrednie) cele nadzoru bankowego są we wszystkich państwach takie same, cele uzupełniające (pośrednie) są liczne i zróżnicowane. Ponadto istnieje także konflikt pomiędzy niektórymi celami nadzoru bankowego, którego nie można uniknąć. Niniejszy artykuł prezentuje sposoby wyrażania celów nadzoru bankowego praktykowane w ustawodawstwie wybranych państw. | pl_PL |
| dc.description.abstract | To identify and analyse the objectives of banking supervision is not an easy task. Although the main (direct) objectives of banking supervision are the same in every country, the complementary (intermediate) objectives are different and numerous. Further, there exists a conflict among the objectives which cannot be avoided.
