Kapituła katedralna w Kamieniu Pomorskim na przełomie epok (1498-1549)

Abstract

Zasadniczym celem pracy jest ukazanie wpływu i dalszych następstw uzyskanych przez księcia Bogusława X i jego następców, uprawnień na przemiany struktur kapituły katedralnej w Kamieniu Pomorskim. Z tego powodu cezurę początkową pracy będzie wyznaczał 1498 r. Datę zamykającą opracowanie stanowi 1549 r., w którym rządy biskupie zakończył Bartłomiej Suawe (1544-1549). Daty te wyznaczały okres przełomowy w dziejach kapituły, jak również w dziejach diecezji, gdyż wówczas nastąpiło przejście z katolicyzmu do luteranizmu. Celem możliwie ostrego i dynamicznego ujęcia dziejów kapituły w tym okresie jest ukazanie zmian prawno-ustrojowych, jakie zaszły w kapitule, jej roli w życiu diecezji oraz funkcji w państwie pomorskim. W rozdziale pierwszym zajęto się strukturą kapituły. Rozdział drugi omawia najważniejsze funkcje kolegium katedralnego. W rozdziale trzecim zostały przedstawione ustalenia dotyczące wielkości majątku ziemskiego kapituły. W rozdziale czwartym zajęto się kontrowersyjnymi kwestami uwarunkowań i początków reformacji w Księstwie Pomorskim w pierwszej poł. XVI w. W rozdziale piątym została przeprowadzona analiza prozopograficzna duchowieństwa kapitulnego, która umożliwiła ustalenie wiadomości na temat pochodzenia terytorialnego, społecznego i rodowego prałatów i kanoników kamieńskich. The main goal of this paperwork is to show the influence and consequences of entitlements obtained by Duke Boguslaw X and his successors to transform the structures of the Cathedral Chapter in Kamień Pomorski. For this reason, the turning point in the paper shall be determined by the year 1498. Whereas, the date closing the paper shall be 1549 in which the service of a Diocese of Kamień was ended by Bartłomiej Suawe (1544-1549). These dates undoubtedly marked a breakthrough in the history of the Cathedral Chapter, as well as in the history of the whole of the Diocese, because there was a transition from Catholicism to Lutheranism. The aim of a possible strict and dynamic presentation of the history of the Chapter in that period is to show the changes in the legal and political changes that took place in the Chapter in that period, its role in the life of the Diocese and functions in the Pomeranian State. The first chapter discusses the structure of the Chapter. The second chapter discusses the most important functions of the Cathedral Chapter.The third chapter presents findings concerning the property possessions of the Chapter. The fourth chapter addresses the still controversial issues of conditions and the beginnings of the Reformation in the Duchy of Pomerania in the first half of the 16th century. Chapter five shows the results of a prosopographic analysis of the Chapter's clergy, which allows to determine the territorial, social and ancestral origin of the prelates and canons of Kamień Pomorski.
