| dc.description.abstract | Artykuł kompleksowo traktuje kwestię uzasadniania wyroków w procesie karnym. Jego treść ma na celu przybliżenie roli uzasadniania wyroków w procesie karnym, zatem przedstawiono w nim różne typy uzasadnień, funkcje jakie pełni uzasadnienie wyroku, opisany został tryb i sposób sporządzania uzasadnień wyroków, a także krąg uprawnionych do ubiegania się o sporządzenie uzasadnienia. Analizie została także poddana treść uzasadnienia. Artykuł poparty jest bogatym orzecznictwem wypracowanym przez polskie sądy. Przedstawione zostały także zmiany przepisów kodeksu postępowania karnego jakie wejdą w życie z dniem 15 lipca 2015 r. odnośnie uzasadniania wyroków. | pl_PL |
| dc.description.abstract | The article treats issue of justifying judgements in a criminal trial comprehensively. The article's contents intends to make closer the role of justifying judgements in a criminal trial, so the article shows different types of justifications, features, which fulfill justify judgement, procedure and method of preparing justifications judgements and also the circle of persons entitled to request justification. Contents of justification has been analyzed. The article is supported by jurisdiction of polish courts. There are shown the changes in the criminal process law that will come in the July 15, 2015 which connect with justifying judgements. | pl_PL |
