Rozwój elastycznego rynku pracy: uwarunkowania prawno-ekonomiczne

Abstract

W monografii omówiono uwarunkowania prawno-ekonomiczne rozwoju elastycznego rynku pracy na przykładzie doświadczeń Unii Europejskiej (rynek odpowiadający specyfice krajów rozwiniętych), by przedstawić, w jaki sposób jest on obecnie pojmowany. W ramach takiego runku mamy do czynienia ze zrównoważeniem elastyczności działania pracodawców i ochrony interesów pracowników, a jego podstawowym elementem jest elastyczne zatrudnienie, dające korzyści zarówno pracodawcom, jak i pracownikom.The main aim of this monograph was the theoretical evaluation of the legal and economic circum­stances of development of a flexible labor market on the example of the European Union. The idea was to show how a flexible labor market is understood, within which the flexibility of employers is connected with the protection of workers' interests. The discussed flexible labor market reflects the specific character of the developed countries.

Chapter 1 focused on the description of the different ways of understanding the flexibility and explaining the meaning of a flexible labor market Chapter 2 presented the determinants of labor market flexibilisation and systems of human capital management. Chapter 3 described the employment policy in terms of development of a flexible labor market. Chapter 4 discussed the essence of flexible employment. In chapters 5 and 6 were described types of flexible employment and ways of increasing the flexibility of working time in the light of Polish employment law.
