Funkcje wychowawcze polskiej prasy dla dzieci w Wielkopolsce w czasach zaborów 1832–1914

Abstract

Celem pracy jest zaprezentowanie funkcji wychowawczych polskich czasopism dla dzieci i młodzieży ukazujących w Wielkopolsce w latach 1832–1914. Przedstawiono treści jawne i ukryte eksponowane w prasie dla dzieci, ich porządek, częstość występowania form uznawanych za utwory o szczególnym wydźwięku dydaktycznym. Omówiono sytuację dziecka w XIX w. na ziemiach polskich, edukację domową, działania szkoły i innych instytucji. Ukazano prasę dla dzieci jako źródło informacji o wychowaniu, jej typologię oraz stan badań nad wychowawczą rolą prasy. Przedstawiono dzieje prasy dla dzieci w Poznańskiem i wypełniane przez prasę funkcje wobec odbiorcy. Zaprezentowano wskazania pedagogiczne w prasie oraz informacje o jej twórcach i sposobach oddziaływania wychowawczego przez nich wykorzystywanych. Omówiono model wychowawczy. Ukazano propagowaną hierarchię wartości, porządek świata oraz wzorcotwórczą rolę czasopism. Przeanalizowano zawartość prasy i przedstawiono rolę stosowanych form estetycznych w wychowaniu. Całość uzupełniają ryciny i tabele.

This study is aimed at presenting the educational role of Polish magazines for children and teenagers, published in Wielkopolska in the years 1832-1914. The study shows covert and overt content presented in the press for children, its order, frequency of forms regarded as having special educational function. For the purpose of the study the situation of a child in 19th century in Poland, their home education and the activities of a school and other institutions were discussed. Press for children was presented as a source of information about education together with its typology and the status of the research on educational role of the press. The history of the press for children in Poznań Province and its function towards readers was shown. The study also presents pedagogical guidelines in the press and the information about its creators as well as the ways of educational influence exerted by them. Educational model and the promoted hierarchy of values, order of the world and worldview-shaping role of the press were discussed. The content of the magazines was analysed and the role of aesthetical forms used in education was depicted. The study is supplemented with figures and tables.
