Consequences of the legal defects of legislative acts in the Polish legal system
The authors present a typology of various legal defects of legislative acts and the consequences
of such imperfections for the binding character of the norms contained in the provisions of said
acts. In particular, the authors present certain types of control procedures laid down for specified
kinds of law-making acts in the Polish legal system.
