Frazeologia fachowa na przykładzie niemieckiej i polskiej wersji Traktatu Lizbońskiego

Abstract

Przedmiot rozprawy doktorskiej stanowi frazeologia fachowa w tekstach specjalistycznych ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem tekstów prawnych. Głównym celem pracy jest kontrastywne ukazanie niemieckich i polskich frazeologizmów fachowych wyekscerpowanych z dwóch traktatów założycielskich UE - Traktatu o Unii Europejskiej i Traktatu o Funkcjonowaniu Unii Europejskiej - które stanowią zasadniczą część Traktatu Lizbońskiego. Praca w szczególności odpowiada na pytanie o istotę frazeologizmów w słownictwie tekstów prawnych. Ponadto wskazuje na najczęściej reprezentowane klasy frazeologizmów fachowych, występujących w tekstach prawnych i zalicza do nich głównie terminy frazeologiczne, kolokacje fachowe, frazeologizmy pragmatyczne i peryfrazy predykatywne. W pracy badana jest także struktura wyselekcjonowanych jednostek frazeologicznych oraz ich stopień fachowości. Kolejnym celem pracy jest ukazanie tekstów prawnych w kontekście ich konwencjonalizacji i formalizacji, przejawiającej się na różnych płaszczyznach tekstu. W tym celu wykorzystano opracowany przez Heinemanna i Viehwegera w 1991 r. oraz udoskonalony przez Heinemann i Heinemanna w 2002 r. model wielopłaszczyznowej analizy tekstu. Niniejsza praca pomyślana jest jako przyczynek do rozwoju frazeologii fachowej. Zebrany materiał może posłużyć do dalszych badań kontrastywnych w tym zakresie. Może też zostać wykorzystany do badań leksykograficznych w zakresie frazeologii fachowej, a także do celów dydaktycznych podczas zajęć języka niemieckiego jako języka obcego. The subject matter of this doctoral dissertation is the specialised phraseology in specialised texts, in particular legal texts. The main purpose of this thesis is to present specialised German and Polish idiomatic expressions excerpted from the two treaties establishing the EU–Treaty on the European Union and the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union which together form the core of the Treaty of Lisbon. The author of this dissertation attempts at grasping the essence of idiomatic expressions in the lexical dimension of legal texts. What is more, the thesis enumerates the most commonly used classes of specialised idiomatic expressions, i.e. idiomatic terms, specialised collocations, pragmatic idiomatic expressions and predicative circumlocutions. Moreover, the author carries out a structural analysis of selected idiomatic expressions and tries to identify the extent to which these are units of specialised language. Yet another purpose of the dissertation is to present the conventionalisation and formalisation of legal texts visible on various levels of the text. To this end the method of multifaceted text analysis developed by Heinemann and Viehweger in 1991 and refined by Heinemann and Heinemann in 2002 was utilised. This dissertation is aimed as a contribution to the development of studies on specialised phraseology. The materials collected for the purpose of this thesis and presented here may be used for the purpose of further contrastive research in this area. What is more, they may be utilised for the purpose of lexicographical research on specialised idiomatic expressions, as well as a teaching aid during German as a foreign language classes. Den Gegenstand der Dissertation bildet fachsprachliche Phraseologie in Fachtexten mit besonderer Berücksichtigung von Rechtstexten. Das Hauptziel der Arbeit ist die kontrastive Darstellung der deutschen und der polnischen aus den zwei Gründungsverträgen der EU - aus dem Vertrag über die Europäische Union und dem Vertrag über die Arbeitsweise der Europäischen Union – exzerpierten Fachphraseologismen. Dabei wird insbesondere der Frage nach dem Wesen der Fachphraseologismen im lexikalischen Inventar der Rechtstexte nachgegangen. Überdies wird auf die einzelnen Klassen der Fachphraseologismen hingewiesen, die in Fachtexten am häufigsten vertreten sind, d.h. phraseologische Termini, Fachkollokationen, pragmatische Phraseologismen und Funktionsverbgefüge. Auch die Struktur und der Fachlichkeitsgrad der exzerpierten Fachphraseologismen werden untersucht. Als nächstes Ziel der Dissertation gilt die Analyse und Darstellung der Rechtstexte im Hinblick auf deren Konventionalität und Formelhaftigkeit, die sich auf unterschiedlichen Textebenen nachweisen lassen. Zu diesem Zweck wird das 1991 von Heinemann und Viehweger ausgearbeitete und 2002 von Heinemann und Heinemann ergänzte Mehrebenenmodell der Textanalyse verwendet. Die vorliegende Arbeit ist als Beitrag zur Entwicklung der Fachphraseologie konzipiert. Das gesammelte Material kann in weiteren kontrastiven Untersuchungen in diesem Bereich gebraucht werden. Es kann auch in lexikographischen Untersuchungen zur Fachphraseologie und zu didaktischen Zwecken im DaF-Unterricht genutzt werden.
