| dc.description.abstract | Zjawisko doprowadzania małoletniego do aktów seksualnych z osobą dorosła to problem globalny, bowiem dotyka całą cywilizację. Wystarczy popatrzeć przez pryzmat historii tego zjawiska, aby wiedzieć, iż od najdawniejszych czasów szukano w małoletnich zaspakajania swoich inspiracji seksualnych i wielokrotnie to właśnie na nich wyładowywano swoje libido. W niniejszej pracy zawarte są rozważania na temat pedofilii w ujęciu psychologicznym, medycznym oraz prawnym, gdyż zjawisko pedofilii w każdej z wymienionych dziedzin jest inaczej postrzegane i dlatego zawiera inne, właściwe tylko dla poszczególnych nauk cechy charakterystyczne. Jedynie przedstawienie wszystkich aspektów pedofilii tworzy pełny obraz tłumaczący czym jest i na czym polega ta patologia społeczna. | pl_PL |
| dc.description.abstract | Phenomenon of taking the minor to sexual acts with the person grew up it is a global problem, because afflicts the entire civilization. It will be sufficient to look through the prism of the history of this phenomenon in order to know that since time immemorial they were searching their minors of satisfying for the inspiration sexual and repeatedly it was just being vented on them one's libido. At this work deliberations are included about the paedophilia from a psychological perspective, medical and legal, because the phenomenon of the paedophilia in every of exchanged fields differently is perceived and therefore contains distinctive features other, typical only of individual studies. Only visualising all aspects of the paedophilia is creating the full image explaining what he is and what this social pathology consists in. | pl_PL |
